This website is dedicated to showcasing my portfolio of contemporary paintings. I am an abstract artist based in Cape Town, South Africa. I have a studio in Kalk Bay and an area to display my work, which is open to the public most days, in which I paint and sell my paintings and drawings.
The art works displayed on this website vary in style and technique and have been influenced by my experiences here in South Africa. That said my work is predominantly abstract using a limited, often colourful palette, to explore the subject. I paint using acrylics, usually on a large scale, and love to explore colour and its impact on my experience of my surroundings.
I trained in the UK, but have lived and worked in South Africa for 28years.
