About Christine

Originally from the UK, Christine completed her fine art training at both York and Guildford Colleges of Art before emigrating to South Africa in 1991. Her work combines structural design discipline with expressive tactile paint application, drawing inspiration from natural coastlines, raw architectural forms, and organic depth.

Operating from her permanent studio space at Studio 21, 21 Palmer Road in Muizenberg, each original artwork is constructed on heavy-duty stretched canvas or rigid wood substrates, built to endure generations while capturing light dynamically throughout the day.
